		<description>Thanks Marty :)  I never thought of that angle of the Mutt analogy but you're right.  I've had several dogs, most of them purebreds but the best, most robust dog I ever had was a mutt I rescued.</description>

As for Best of Breed vs the Mutt, let's review this analogy.  Most Mutts, because of the diverse genetics, are healthy, vibrant, balanced animals. Where as with the Best of Breeds, the inbreeding causes all sorts of ailments and weaknesses that are not apparent until it is to late.  Thier pedigree may look great, but beware of the baggage they bring with them.</description>
